Registration

The registration system is available now. Registration fees include:

• participation in the event,
• a fully digital conference platform, with virtual and streamed Keynote presentations
• pre-recorded video presentations and a virtual poster session, both with live discussion forums
• virtual guided tours through associated institutes and research centers
• Open Access publication of contributions to the proceedings in Procedia Manufacturing (Elsevier), subject to acceptance in the peer review process

The rates for the conference participation have been set as following:

Regular:

- 490€

Contributing and presenting authors are required to register as a regular conference delegate. Only contributions submitted by regular participants will be included in the conference proceedings (students excluded).

Student:

- 250€

In order to register as a student, you will need to submit your Student ID from your university or institution.

The invoice will be sent to you after receiving your registration. If you cancel your registration by September 30th 2020, we will refund the participation fee deducting an administrative charge of 100 €. Otherwise, the participation fee must be paid in full.

Authors who will present more than one paper we will charge an additional 150€ per extra paper to cover the excess costs of publishing etc. This only applies to presenting authors of multiple oral contributions. For oral presentation of one paper and co-authorship in multiple others presented by different authors, you obviously will not be charged extra. Similarly, we allow for oral presentation of one paper plus poster presentations by the same author without any extra fee.
